WORLDWIDE SUBSTANCE AND PRODUCT REGISTRATIONS
Member States shall designate one or more bodies responsible for receiving information from importers and downstream users who place a mixture on the market that is relevant in particular for the indication of preventive and curative measures, especially in emergency situations.
This information shall include the chemical composition of the mixtures placed on the market and classified as hazardous due to their health or physical effects, including the chemical identity of the substances in the mixtures for which the use of an alternative chemical name has been approved by the Agency upon request in accordance with Article 24.
In addition to preparing your safety data sheets, we also carry out the necessary product registrations for you. All other member states have also designated bodies for product registration. As there is still no standardized notification/registration procedure, it is necessary to make your products available to the notified bodies in all countries in which you market your products. We have researched the different procedures in the member states.
